What to Bring, What to Expect, and How We’ll Support You
We’re excited to welcome you to Redwood Eye Center in Vallejo. To help us get to know you and provide the best care possible, we ask that you bring the following to your appointment:
- Your current vision and/or medical insurance card(s)
- A list of your current medications
- Any glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses you use
- Your completed intake forms (or arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete them on-site)
If you’re unsure what type of appointment you need, call us we’ll help guide you through the process.
Insurance & Payment Support
We accept a wide range of vision and medical insurance plans.
If you don’t see your provider listed or are unsure of your coverage, our staff can check your benefits for you.
