I loved my visit this past Tuesday. The examiner made this visit so comfortable. She was very personable and kept me laughing! The entire staff is great there; from the front window and everyone beyond the doors that we wait patiently to open! 😁❤️

Joseph took so much precise care in repairing my glasses. He turned a thee year old pair of glasses into looking brand new. He also gave me some great advice about my glass case. Joseph is absolutely wonderful.

The staff was professional and the entire process was friendly and the staff made me comfortable . This would be a perfect place to schedule your appointments. They accommodated me well since I I was on a gearney they were the only ones and I looked.I’ll give them.5/5 but if I could I’d given a 10. Clean, spacious and a well organized office. Go there and see for yourself

Always there when I need an appointment I get one to fit my schedule. when I need to come in to have my glasses fixed I'm there almost the next day and if not the the next day the day after that definitely . Wide selection of frames and at great prices.. aside from all that, customer care is a priority... Thank you Redwood eye Center. You're a godsend. BIG JOHN..

I went to Dr Anthony Agadzi today. Five days prior and went to emergency triage at Mather, California for the VA. My left eye was in severe pain and swollen. They gave me a diagnosis, some eye drops and another eye gel for infection. It felt OK for two days; Then it got worse. So I went to the ER at NorthBay and they came up with the same diagnosis and gave me some PAIN RELIEF. Dr. Sara at NorthBay did set me up with Doctor Anthony Agadzi- I am grateful for that because everyone else was 3 to 4 weeks out or two months! I told her I needed to see an eye doctor now because of my condition as a veteran with Reiters Syndrome. Dr Anthony knew about my Reiters Syndrome And gave me the right diagnosis and medication! He understood everything about my disease and a highly affected my Eyes and the rest of my body! He is so knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously! Other doctors know about Ryder syndrome’s, but they don’t know the severity of it or how it reacts to one’s body! He knew exactly! For that, I’m very grateful and I will always go back to see him! I’m even having my grandson go see him for his eyes! Simply put him in his staff were the best for me. I hope you give him a chance to prove it to you.!

Oh my God. When I got to my appointment I asked where's my Pizza? Seriously, everyone is so Earthy. Polite, etc. And I wish I could buy the staff Pizza. Been going there for 4 years. I believe your staff, Reprents your Company. All the Best. David Newton

I had stepped on my glasses, and am having surgery in a short time and was having an emotional meltdown. EVERYONE was so kind and helpful in calming me down, salvaging the broken pair, and setting me up for an appt to get new ones before my surgery. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

The staff at Redwood Eye Center is always polite and able to answers all your questions and concerns. The doctors are the best. The optical department personal are so helpful and respectable. I called them in a panic over my frames breaking.I was able to be seen the very next day. Thank you.
